This family business makes cans and jars with very delicious and comforting traditional recipes, such as duck confit, veal blanquette, duck stew with porcini mushrooms, lentils cooked in the traditional way but also different terrines like those of Manex pork, rabbit or wild boar. La Ferme de Ramon is a duck and goose breeder and producer. Maison Moga is proud to sell the fabulous foie gras and duck rillettes from this family farm in Lot-et-Garonne.
